      一、Leakage fault in the valve

     After a long period of operation of the gate valve, the parts are prone to aging, corrosion and other problems, these lead to the sealing is not tight and the phenomenon of water leakage. At this time, you should promptly check whether the valve sealing surface is damaged, check whether the sealing gasket is aging, and replace them in time.

       二、Leakage fault out the valve

      四、Failure to open and close sensitively

     Gate valve after a long period of operation, the wear and tear between the parts such as between the valve stem and nut, wedge and the valve body on the guiding groove will lead to the valve opening and closing insensitive, at this time, you should check the valve and the parts of the damage, deformation and loosening and other conditions, and timely replacement or adjustment.

      五、Abnormal noise fault

     The gate valve works with a large noise, which may be triggered by air or fluid oscillation between the valve and the valve seat, excessive friction between the valve and the pipeline, poor fit between the nut and the top slot of the wedge, and clearance between the stem threads and the nut threads. the solutions include eliminating oscillations, optimizing the connection between the valve and the pipeline, and replacing relevant parts.

      六、Shaft bending fault

     If the stem is bent, it may be due to improper installation or bending the stem too hard when adjusting the opening and closing ranges. In this case, the stem or the entire gate valve needs to be replaced.
