The HC41X silent check valve is suitable for water supply and drainage pipelines. The role of the silent check valve is to prevent the medium from flowing in the opposite direction, allowing the medium to flow in one direction only.

    The HC41X silent check valve is suitable for water supply and drainage pipelines. It consists of body（1）、disc（2）、shaft（3）、shaft supports（8）、seal on disc（4）、 retainer（5）、stem sleeve（9）and so on. As shown below:

    The disc moves freely under the guidance of the shaft and the supported by the shaft supports at both ends of the body. Since the shaft is fitted with a stem sleeve, it is more flexible to open and close.

    The role of the silent check valve is to prevent the medium from flowing in the opposite direction, allowing the medium to flow in one direction only. Usually the valve works automatically, the disc is opening under the pressure of fluid flowing in the correct direction; When the fluid flows in the opposite direction, The combination of fluid pressure, spring thrust and the weight of the flap causes the disc to act quickly on the body seat. This cuts off the flow of media and protects the pump and related equipment. Because of its sealing characteristics, so the silent check valve is used in that the medium can‘t contain solid particles and viscosity can‘t be too large.

Features of the silent check valve:

First, the internal of the body is streamlined designed, so the medium passes smoothly, pressure and flow loss is small;

Second, the disc is guided and the shaft is fitted with a sleeve so that the valve closes flexibly;

Third, the silent check valve adopts linear sealing, the rubber ring on the valve disc acts on the stainless  steel seat of the valve body, under the combination of soft and hard, the sealing effect is good, and it can effectively reduce the noise when the valve is closing.

Fourth，the silent check valve is small size, light weight, it is easy to install and maintenance.
