3、 Installation methods

To ensure that foreign contaminants do not enter the safety valve, the entire system should be flushed thoroughly before the safety valve is installed, and the safety valve should be installed where dirt, rust and debris will not collect.
In steam applications, it is also important to reduce leakage tendencies through the installation of safety valves, which should be installed so that condensate does not collect upstream of the valve flap. 4、Precautions in installation

3) The outlet of the safety valve should be free of resistance, to avoid back pressure phenomenon, if the discharge pipe is installed, its inner diameter should be greater than the outlet diameter of the safety valve, the safety valve should pay attention to the exclusion of the mouth of the anti-freeze, the container containing flammable or toxic, highly toxic media, the discharge pipe should be directed to a safe place outdoors or facilities for proper handling, the discharge pipe is not permitted to install any valves.
4) Pressure equipment and safety valves shall not be equipped with any valve between the container containing flammable, explosive, toxic or viscous media, in order to facilitate the replacement, cleaning, can be installed shut-off valves, its structure and diameter size should not prevent the normal operation of the safety valve. During normal operation, the shut-off valve must be fully open and sealed.
5) For pressure vessels with flammable, explosive or toxic media, the media discharged from the safety valve must have a safety device and recovery system. Installation should also pay attention to the fit, the coaxiality of the parts and should make the individual bolts uniform force.
