Our rubber-lined butterfly valves are constructed from four composite materials: an external anti-corrosion coating, the valve body, an adhesive layer, an internal rubber lining. Manufactured through five distinct processes: sandblasting, application of specialised adhesive to the valve's inner surface, application of specialised adhesive to the rubber sheet, bonding and compression of the rubber sheet, and high-temperature vulcanisation.
