By one or several parts of the ring-shaped cover, fixed in the bearing of a ring or gasket and another set of rings or gasket contact or form a narrow labyrinth gap, to prevent lubricating oil leakage and the intrusion of foreign objects. Seal is a kind of rubber ring with round cross-section, because of its cross-section is O-type, so it is called O-type sealing ring.

1、NBR Nitrile Rubber Seal

Suitable for use in petroleum-based hydraulic oils, glycol-based hydraulic oils, diester-based lubricants, gasoline, water, silicone grease, silicone oil and other media. It is the most widely used and lowest cost rubber seal. Not suitable for use in polar solvents such as ketones, ozone, nitro hydrocarbons, MEK and chloroform. General use temperature range is -40 ~ 120 ℃.

2、HNBR Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber Seals

Excellent resistance to corrosion, tearing and compression deformation, better resistance to ozone, sunlight and weathering. Better abrasion resistance than NBR. Suitable for washing machines, automobile engine systems. Not recommended for use in alcohols, esters or aromatic solutions. General use temperature range is -40~150 ℃.

      3、VITON Fluorocarbon Rubber Seals

High temperature resistance is better than silicone rubber, excellent weather resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance, cold resistance is not good. Resistant to most oils and solvents, especially acids, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and animal and vegetable oils. Suitable for sealing needs in diesel engines, fuel systems and chemical plants. Not recommended for use in ketones, low molecular weight esters and nitrate containing mixtures. General use temperature range is -20~250 °C.

4、FLS Fluorosilicone Rubber Seal

Its performance has the advantages of both fluorine rubber and silicone rubber, and it has good resistance to oil, solvents, fuel oil and high and low temperatures. It can resist the erosion of oxygen-containing compounds, aromatic hydrocarbon solvents and chlorine-containing solvents. The general use temperature range is -50~200 ℃.

5、EPDM EPDM rubber seals

It has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, water resistance and chemical resistance. It can be used for alcohols and ketones, and can also be used for sealing in high temperature water vapor environments. General use temperature range -55~150 ℃.

6、CR Neoprene Seal

Resistant to sunlight and weathering performance is particularly good. It is not afraid of refrigerants such as dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia, and is resistant to dilute acids and silicone lubricants, but it expands greatly in mineral oils with a low aniline point. It is easy to crystallize and harden at low temperatures. Applicable to all kinds of contact with the atmosphere, sunlight, ozone environment and a variety of flame-resistant, chemical corrosion-resistant sealing link. Not recommended for use in strong acids, nitro hydrocarbons, esters, chloroform and ketone chemicals. General use temperature range is -55~120 ℃.

7、IIR Butyl Rubber Seal

Particularly good airtightness, excellent heat, sunlight and ozone resistance, good insulation; good resistance to polar solvents such as alcohols, ketones, esters, etc., can be exposed to animal and vegetable oils or oxidizable substances. Suitable for chemical resistance or vacuum equipment. Not recommended for simultaneous use with petroleum solvents, kerosene or aromatics. General use temperature range is -50~110 ℃.

8、NR Natural Rubber Seal

Rubber products have good abrasion resistance, elasticity, tear strength and elongation. However, it is easy to aging in air, becomes sticky in heat, swells and dissolves easily in mineral oil or gasoline, and is resistant to alkali but not strong acid. It is suitable for use in automobile brake fluid, ethanol and other liquids with hydroxide ions. General use temperature range is -20~100 ℃.
