Ball check valve because the sealing member is rubber-covered ball, so the sealing performance is good, reliable operation, good resistance to water strike; and because the sealing member can be a single ball, and can be made into a multi-ball, so it can be made into a large caliber. However, its sealing member is a rubber-covered hollow sphere, which is not applicable to high-pressure pipelines, but only to medium and low-pressure pipelines.
As the shell material of the ball check valve can be made of stainless steel, the hollow sphere of the seal can be covered with PTFE engineering plastics, so it can also be applied in the pipeline of general corrosive media.
The working temperature of this type of check valve is between -101~150℃, its nominal pressure ≤4.0MPa, nominal diameter range between 200~1200mm.
