How to improve the anti-interference ability of the power line of electric triple eccentric butterfly valve?
The following are some ways to improve the anti-interference ability of the power line of the electric triple eccentric butterfly valve:
一、the line reasonable laying and shielding
1, Away from the source of interference: power lines and frequency converters, motors and other sources of strong interference to maintain a certain distance, such as at least 0.5 metres apart, and avoid parallel laying to reduce electromagnetic induction interference.
2, The use of shielded cable: the use of double shielded power cables, the inner shielding can be used copper mesh or aluminium foil, the outer layer of steel belt armouring, can effectively block the intrusion of external electromagnetic waves, while preventing the internal signals radiated externally.
3, Correct grounding: shielding layer should be reliably grounded at one end, grounding resistance of not more than 4 ohms to form an equal potential distribution, to avoid the formation of ground loops due to multi-point grounding and the introduction of interference.
二、Filtering measures
1, The installation of power filters: in the power input to install a suitable power filter, the cut-off frequency should be based on the operating frequency of the electric three eccentric butterfly valve and the possible interference frequency to choose, generally should be lower than the interference frequency and higher than the operating frequency, can effectively filter out the high-frequency interference signals in the power line.
2, Set high-frequency bypass capacitance: in the electric three eccentric butterfly valve power input and connect the high-frequency characteristics of good capacitance, such as ceramic capacitance, capacitance value can be selected according to the actual situation of 0.1 μF - 1 μF, to provide a low impedance for the high-frequency interference signal path, so that it does not enter the internal equipment.
三、Electrical isolation
1, The use of isolation transformer: in the power line access isolation transformer, its ratio is 1:1, the primary side and the secondary side of the electrical circuit can be isolated, blocking the common mode interference through the power line conduction, but also inhibit the surge voltage in the power supply.
2, The use of photoelectric coupler: in the control signal transmission part of the photoelectric coupler, the electrical signal will be converted to optical signal transmission, and then converted back to the electrical signal, to achieve electrical isolation between the input and output, effectively preventing interference signals through the control line into the system.
四、Optimising cabling and layout
1, Strong and weak power separate wiring: electric triple eccentric butterfly valve power lines (strong power) and control lines, signal lines (weak power) are laid separately, to maintain a certain distance, such as more than 30 cm, to avoid strong power interference with the weak power.
2, Shorten the length of the line: try to shorten the length of the power line, reduce electromagnetic induction and capacitive coupling on the line, reduce interference pickup and transmission. For longer lines, the way of laying in sections and adding relay equipment can be used.
五. Improve the anti-interference performance of the equipment
1, Power supply voltage stabilisation: electric triple eccentric butterfly valve is equipped with a good performance of voltage stabilisation power supply, such as linear voltage stabilisation power supply or switching voltage stabilisation power supply, to ensure that the power supply output is stable, to reduce the interference caused by power supply voltage fluctuations.
2, Strengthen the equipment itself shielding: electric three eccentric butterfly valve electrical control part of a good shielding design, such as the use of metal shell, and to ensure that the shell grounding is good, to prevent external interference into the equipment, but also to prevent the internal electromagnetic radiation caused by the outside world interference.
